Because we provide professional services rather than physical products, any request related to refunds or adjustments should generally be submitted within a reasonable time after the services have been delivered or the relevant deliverables have been provided.

We stand behind the quality of our IT consulting and audit work. If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to communicate your concerns to us promptly so we can work together to address any issues.
For consulting engagements, you may cancel scheduled services with appropriate notice. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled consultation or audit may receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation time and resources allocated to your project.
Refunds for IT consulting and audit services may be considered under the following circumstances:
Services were not delivered as specified in the engagement agreement. Significant quality issues that we are unable to rectify through reasonable efforts. Cancellation of services in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Please note that refunds are not available for services that have been substantially completed or for deliverables that have been provided to you.
Any request for a refund, credit, or additional work is subject to review of the original scope, deliverables, and timelines agreed in your service documentation. We may request supporting information to understand the nature of the concern and evaluate reasonable next steps.
Where appropriate, we may offer corrective actions such as revisions, follow-up sessions, or other adjustments before considering a partial or full refund.
As our services are delivered remotely or on-site rather than shipped, there are no shipping costs to return physical items. However, certain requests for changes, cancellations with short notice, or work outside the original scope may result in additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Certain services may be designated as non-refundable, including but not limited to fully completed projects, consultations that have already taken place, or custom work that cannot reasonably be reversed. Any such terms will be specified in your agreement or in the applicable project documentation.
If you wish to modify the scope or timeline of an ongoing IT consulting engagement, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes, subject to availability and any associated cost adjustments.
If you have concerns about our services that have not been resolved through our standard service satisfaction process, we are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution. We encourage open communication and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
This return policy does not apply to services provided under long-term enterprise agreements, which are governed by the specific terms outlined in those contracts. Custom consulting packages may have different terms as specified in individual service agreements.
All refund, cancellation, and adjustment decisions are made in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of your agreement with Naturalueboutiqu. Where local regulations require specific rights or procedures, those requirements will be taken into account when handling your request.
